fixed-not sticky move icons desktop reboot.
not sticky show icons taskbar reboot
no quick launch toolbar.
no viruses found.
winPatrol blocked by firewall?
browser listed as not default even though changed to default, not sticky.,
cannot go to windows update.
there are no updates listed in "uninstall an update"
there are no features listed in " turn windows features on or off"
"Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation" when I tried to run sfc /scannow
fixed-hard drive is always marked as dirty and runs a scan
running chkdsk with /r /f fail.
