System Tools 2011 & WIN32/Patched.GB HELP

Two days ago as I was browing the web like usual I got System tools 2011 infiltrated my laptop. I have Avast, but it managed to bypass it and stop it altogether before it can do a scan. After various removal attempt, I did remove System Tools. So far now I have AVG, Avast, Malwarebytes, ATF Cleaner and Super Spyware installed. But now, I have a virus WIN32/Patched.GB stucked. I did numerous scan again and again with various method but it won't budge. I need help, I have been battling it for two nights!
