Unable to access netbook

Unread postby Unique » January 4th, 2011, 1:40 pm

Hi,
I'm not sure I've come to the right place for help, but I guess there's no harm in trying.

I have a Samsung NC10 Netbook which I have used, problem free, for almost two years.

Yesterday, after using the netbook briefly, I put it into stand-by, then later, when I tried to log on, it kept sending me back to 'To begin, click your user name.' I am therefore unable to use my netbook.

This now happens every time without me needing to click anywhere.

The two main messages that flag up briefly are as follows:-

'Click on ok to terminate theThe instruction at 0x7de0le4cl(this code is not always the same) referenced memory at 0x7de0le4cl.The memory could not be read. program.'
and/or
'Macromedia flash player 7.0 p14 has encountered a problem'

It will then give the message 'saving your settings' and proceed to boot out.

I am therefore unable to access any logs to send you.

I ought to point out that I my netbook has neither an internal or external cd-rom drive.

Thanks in anticipation,

As your problem does not appear to be a malware issue, I would suggest you try a general troubleshooting forum, like those that can be found at the following sites:

http://forums.whatthetech.com/forums.html

http://www.techsupportforum.com/

http://forums.pcpitstop.com

As this issue does not involve malware and therefore falls outside the scope of this forum, this topic is now closed.
