What you want is to use the website for the model of the computer.
The computer manufacturer may have new or replacement software for the SD card.

jxhypez,
Your machine appears to be free of malware.
For help in the systems area, there are forums better suited to that task.
I would suggest one of the following:
---------------------------------------------------------
Good System/Hardware Help Forums
NutNWorks here: http://www.nutnworks.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=60
or
GeekstoGo here: http://www.geekstogo.com/forum/Windows-XP-2000-2003-NT-f5.html
GeekstoGo here for Vista/Windows 7: http://www.geekstogo.com/forum/Windows-Vista-Windows-7-f79.html
or
Computer Trouble here: http://forum.computertrouble.co.uk/index.php
or
TechSupportGuy here : http://forums.techguy.org/21-windows-nt-2000-xp/
or
Security Cadets PC and software help Section at : http://forum.securitycadets.com/

All may require you to register free before posting for help.

Oh okay, Thanks for your help.

Last thing, after some of the procedures, now my pc will start up with a page to choose between starting windows xp normally and 2 other options (one is about starting with recovery) . It's not a problem, is it?

No, it isn't.
As mentioned when you ran Combofix:
The Recovery Console produces a brief (2 second) black screen at bootup which allows an additional technical resource for a repair person in case of a major failure. In regular operation, you can ignore it.
