Hi, you may be familiar with my name. :)
I have been away for a while on both business and family issues, in my time away my laptop has been busily used by my young nephew and niece and also the missus.
There are issued here with speed, the start up is slow, youtube videos will not play, they just seem to start buffering and nothing more

Rather than me spending a lot of hours trying to sort this I would rather someone with up-to-date knowledge do this for me, thanks for the help !
