anamarin,
You can delete RKill, ComboFix (zzz.exe), and SystemLook from your desktop.
I would keep TFC and run it every couple weeks to clean out old excess temp files.
I would also retain Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and scan with it every week or two.
You should be good to go.
