ok, this Am there was an "error" pop up that read "there appears to be an error with your installation. Please reinstall the application". Did a CTL/ALT/DEL saw the application "error", right clicked on it and "went to that process". The process is PCHA.exe. I terminated it but no deletion of any kind.
That appears to be a leftover from an old PC Health application, like Pareto or one of the others. That kind of issue is a bit out of our field here. If you need to fix it (I don't think it's important) you would need to go to a system/software website and get help.
I think your machine is clean. You can delete Combofix (zzz.exe), and TDSSKiller from your desktop.
