after running your fix this file popped up i wasnt sure if you needed to see it but here it is anyway, laptop has started behaving better than it ever has.

pazdman,
I think your system is clean.
Download Temp File Cleaner (TFC) and save it to your desktop.
A couple notes for you going forward:
  • Your Hard drive is still being pushed for free space. Unload seldom used files as you can, by saving to CD/DVD/Flash or External drive and deleting from your hard drive. Photos and videos take the most space. Uninstall any Programs you don't use.
  • You can keep SuperAntiSpyware if you want, but DON'T EVER use its SAFEBOOT utility.
  • Remove Combofix (zzz.exe) and OTL from your desktop.
  • Right click Temp File Cleaner (TFC) on your desktop and choose Run as Administrator to run it. It frequently needs to reboot when done. Use it every week or so to minimize the number of leftover junk files on your hard drive.
