Hi guys,

i am competely new to this website and dont really know anything about it. so please be helpfull but also simple so i can understand.
basically the problem is this "Backdoor.Tidserv!inf" which has infected my computer. when i run Norton virus checker it found this, termdd.sys (Backdoor.Tidserv!inf), when i try to remove it it says i have to manually remove it, but i have no idea how to do this.
The infected file is C:\Windows\System32\drivers\termdd.sys.
can anyone help me on getting rid of this. Please.
