i do not understand how to drag and drop hijack this.can you please tell me in a easier way.i do have a hijack this icon but dont know how to get it here.im desperate.

I do not understand your reference to dragging and dropping HijackThis. You should do a scan with HijackThis 2.0.4 and then copy and paste the scan results into your post. You did this in October, however, you used an obsolete version of HijackThis:

Use the following instructions for creating and posting a HijackThis log and Uninstall List. Be sure you select the appropriate instructions for your version of Windows:

Once the scan is finished, copy and paste the results in a new topic in the Malware Removal room and wait for a helper to assist you.
