You helped to fix my laptop a few weeks ago which was fantastic and much appriciated. I have started getting a message from WinPatrol asking me if i approve the addition of \system32\dumprep 0 -k to startup. Do I choose Yes or No please?

This is a valid startup entry, but it's not a necessity, so either choice is OK:
