Problems since my last fix

Unread postby dearlymom » October 11th, 2010, 12:45 pm

I was very surprised when they closed my post less than 24 hours after Cypher's last post. I have included a link to my last post. I have not been able to log into my bank account since the fixes and after much investigating on the part of the bank even deleting my online account and having me re-create it, I am still having problems. Once the account was deleted and re-created I was able get in after re-creating it, but not again after that. I keep getting the warning "[3400] Unable to Process Request - Try Again Later or Contact Customer Support (20101011.105737314.6060)". What have I done wrong?

Thank you for helping me.

Kim

This post can be closed. The bank finally found the problem. Yes, the problem was on there end and not ours. It was just a coincidence that the problems started happening at the same time that they had a glitch in their system. Thank you for all of your help.
