first a description of what's happening on my PC:
I was watching a move/chatting on MSN and at some point I fullscreened the movie because my conversations were dying out. When I came back from it though, I found that I "had still been chatting" with some nonsense text (the logs showed I had said "please leave me alone im playing a game" or something like that). I figured something was wrong so I checked out the task manager to try and find if something was wrong alongside WinPatrol. Couldn't pinpoint anything for sure so I just unplugged internet and started checking on my laptop for solutions. I rebooted my PC and did MBAM/avast scans to no avail. Sure enough though I started to get WinPatrol prompts for a windows boot exe, WinLogon: userinit.exe located in C:\Windows\System32\userinit.exe. I've always refused to let it boot on startup and after a few times Winpatrol prompted me to a page that told me it was probably one of my active tasks doing it but I found nothing weird in what they were suggesting.
