Malware Removal

Unread postby Dave Hey » October 2nd, 2010, 10:44 pm

Hello

Firstly my humblest apologies for not being able to get back in time to put into action the recommendations that 'Cypher' offered. Totally out of my control but still I realise that this is a waste of peoples time.

I have only just been able to get back to my PC today and worked through Cypher's suggestions. I do have the logs required if Cypher would still like to see them? I can post them if so, if not I understand.

The steps taken do seem to have worked so will continue as normal. I have not made any changes other than Cyphers recommendations.

Many thanks for your patience.

We're sorry but, as you have noted, your original topic has been closed due to your lack of response. If you still require help, you will need to follow the instructions you were given in the closing post:

If you still require help, please open a new thread in the Infected? Virus, malware, adware, ransomware, oh my! forum, include a fresh FRST log, and wait for a new helper.
