My (mum’s) computer is really running so slow to the point that it has become largly unresponsive. Nothing seems to happen for a very long time following a mouse click, etc
She is running windows vista home premium and I can’t find any obvious virus software running, but she thought she had Norton running.
I also suspect that it may be infected with malware.
I had a quick look and clear up and tried to do some windows updates and it took 2 days to complete the shut down process.
Your help would be much appreciated please.
