My computer is running much, much better than when I first posted here. Although I still cannot select Stand by or Hibernate for Windows and I get a black reboot (?) screen every time I start the computer. I also haven't tried reinstalling iTunes yet or updating Windows.

Here is my most recent OTM log.

Hi kcoday.
I still cannot select Stand by or Hibernate for Windows and I get a black reboot (?) screen every time I start the computer.

I can direct you to a tech forum who can better advise you about that problem.
You're logs appear to be clean so see if you can updated windows now.
Post back and let me know if you have any problems doing so.

Due to lack of response, this topic is now closed.

If you still require help, please open a new thread in the Infected? Virus, malware, adware, ransomware, oh my! forum, include a fresh FRST log, and wait for a new helper.
