Need to find the root cause for a Hidden-Process.a

First of all I want to start out by saying hi to everyone. This is my first experience with a virus/malware that Mcafee could not remove and now I'm turning to you for help. Let me take a moment to explain what I'm seeing.

When I travel, I use a Eee netbook and play movies for entertainment in the off hours. However, I started to see some performance issues and hearing clicks in the audio. Then, out of the blue, I start hearing the audio of a commercial. There was something running on my computer! But where??? I could not see anything in the task manager. So I run a full scan of my computer and POW- there Mcafee cleaned off a Hidden-Process.a.. Or so I thought. I downloaded a program called deepmonitor and now have visibility to see that IE is running in a hidden process. Additionally, I have the ability to stop the process and regain the available resources. However, every time I reboot, everything starts again.

By the way- Mcafee is refunding my money. I always have a great customer service from these guys.
