Virus has disabled browsers and programs.

My computer was attacked by a virus a week ago that disabled my internet connection, task manager and several other programs on my computer (I was unable to access MBAM on a normal boot, etc). I have been able to restore task manager and remove some of the malware on safemode using MalwareBytes (one of the processes was otvevujtssd.exe) I have not, however been able to restore internet explorer or the full operation of google chrome. In addition, I have not been able to properly utilize the network with my laptop.

**Note: I just found several suspicious results from the scan including things like Digital Protection, etc
