TR/Dropper.Gen Trojan

[Pandi]

Hi, its time again my avira found a trojan and its in quarentin. Is the TR/Dropper.Gen Trojan is the name of the trojan. Should I just leave it in quarentin or should I do anything to try to remove it?
I scanned again and Avira doesnt find anything more a and like I Said its in quarentin.

• Open HijackThis.
• Click on the Open the Misc Tools section button.
• Look under System tools.
• Click on the Open Uninstall Manager... button.
• Click on the Save list... button.
• It will prompt you to save. Save this log in a convenient location. By default it's named uninstall_list.txt.
• Notepad will open. Please post this log in your next reply.
