IP Adress Problem

I cannot connect to Internet by using 192.168.1.1. But when I change my current static IP address from 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.1.2 on my router page and then reboot my computer, I can connect to Internet by using 192.168.1.2 with ethernet cable. Is this the cause of malware on IP address? Here's the HiJackThis log:
