Malware on My PC

[mrsimonellis]

My PC has started running slower and slower I assume because of all of this malware started loading and now im not sure how to fix it. The boot process is now taking several minutes....I tried looking at the MSCONFIG startup list to try and turnoff some items but I am not certain what is malware and what is not that i can disable from my startup in msconfig....I tried using startup lite but it didnt change things much....I also use MBAM but i dont think those have caught the problems. please advise...
