Okay, last night, AVAST could not scan some files...but found no infections
This morning scan I rescanned and it seems to have scanned all files:

Run Time 0:34:17
98363 files scanned
9045 folders
Amount of data tested: 21.8 GB

O infections...
I couldn't copy the log...so i just wrote it down.

I've run OTC, Created the System Restore and removed all other Sytem Restore points added WinPatrol, updated Mozilla and Internet Explorer...
Installed Site advisor...but was confused at MVP Hosts...will have to print out the info. at the tutorial and go through it...but I got through everything else.

Thank you so much for your help. It does seem that my computer is clean...you've given me tools to keep it that way.
