HELP REMOVING ANTI SPYWARE SOFT MALWARE

I have "Anti Spyware Soft" virus. I deleted "tssd" file so I have some access. I downloaded Spyware Doctor, but everytime I try to run, it wants to update itself, and the malware blocks the update. Same happens when Trend Micro tries to update itself. When I try to go to pctools.com, it tells me the website cannot be found. I guess it is blocking it to. What do I delete so I can update and run Spyware Doctor. Also, I tried renaming Spyware Doctor to ieplorer.exe, but again when it starts the update, it cannot download, it's blocked. Thank you!

Make sure Every other window except HJT is closed (No other tabs showing in the bottom tray), and Click Fix Checked
Click the "X" in the upper right corner of the HiJackThis window to close it.

Disable Spyware Doctor's real-time protection
Open Spyware Doctor and click on the Onguard button to the left.
Remove the check from the Activate OnGuard option in the next window to disable all protections.

If your version of Spyware Doctor doesn't work with the instruction above, proceed as follows:
1. Click the Spyware Doctor icon in the system tray
2. Either click Shut Down; or if Shutdown is not available, click Settings (depending on the version)
3. Click Startup Settings under "Pick a Category"
4. Un-check " Run at Windows Startup"
5. Click Apply and Exit Spyware Doctor.

Run Temp File Cleaner
Download Temp File Cleaner and save it to your desktop.
Double click to run it. (Right click and Run as Administrator in Vista)
If it asks to Reboot, choose to do so. This will remove files that could not be removed while Windows was running.
After Restart, log back in to your usual account.

Run a Scan with OTL
  • Download OTL to your desktop.
  • Double click on the icon to run it. Make sure all other windows are closed to let it run uninterrupted.
  • When the window appears, underneath Output at the top, check Minimal Output.
  • Under the Standard Registry box, click All.
  • Check the boxes beside LOP Check and Purity Check.
  • Click the Run Scan button. Do not change any settings unless otherwise told to do so. The scan wont take long.
    • When the scan completes, it will open two notepad windows. OTL.Txt and Extras.Txt. These are saved in the same location
      as OTL (should be on your desktop).
    • Make sure Notepad's Format, Wordwrap is unchecked.
    • Please copy the contents of each of these files, one at a time, and post them in your next reply.
