Help! Internet IP keeps changing....

Well starting yesterday my internet connection kept disconnecting and when it reconnects it's extremely slow. I finally noticed today that when it does that, my IP address is not my usual one, and when I visit speedtest.net it shows a completely different IP and internet service provider. I think I may be infected with something...
I restart my wireless adapter and it will have the right IP and act normal but that only last anywhere from a couple of minutes to a few hours before it changes.

I see you are using an x64 (64 bit) version of Windows.

May I draw your attention to THIS topic, which you should have read before posting for help.
