I copied the description from my original thread, where the HJT log is.

Hi there, I was wondering if I could get some help with this problem. Recently, my Norton anti-virus has been giving me these messages about how it has blocked an attempt to attack my computer. I have been getting these messages quite frequently in the past few days. I click on more details, and it informs me that the risk name is "HTTPS Tidserv Request 2", but Norton doesn't seem to do anything about it, because it keeps recurring. I have not noticed anything wrong with the computer though, other than rather frequent disconnections from the internet, and that Java frequently asks me to update in Firefox (which i do, but it often comes back again the next time I open it). I've also noticed other people having this problem on this forum and elsewhere, but my computer does not exhibit the same problems such as my browser getting redirected. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
