where do I start? I know nothing, Mac user

contacted my web designer and he told me it looked like my site has been infected with malware. The content seems to be there but all the formatting is gone. My son was playing a video game on my computer and I let him join. right after that my computer seems screwed up. Also my printer monitor ink levels keeps popping up on my screen. help
