Getting a quick introduction to registry files (awesome and win, right)

I have a vague idea of what I need to remove (O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [vugutuwuy] Rundll32.exe "c:\windows\system32\devoresi.dll",a
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [dopitupuso] Rundll32.exe "lakovazo.dll",s), but if anyone has some advice, I'd be very grateful.
