Windows Internet Security Pop-up please help!

Hi I've been getting this Windows internet security pop-up while using the internet. I use both firefox and google chrome. The message pops up in both browsers and I have ad block plus on firefox. The message says something about my browser being under threat of infection and that windows requires permission to install online protection tool. I have malwarebytes and Superantispyware free edition and have ran complete scans a couple of times already. They had found some infections but the pop up still comes up. I also can't seem to update malwarebytes or SaS. Another problem I have is that I can't seem to go on the malwarebytes forums. When I try to go to it on firefox it says it can't find the server. Please let me know what I could do to fix this!
