Update on symptoms: Now whenever I try to open a program it opens up the "Open with" screen and some programs such as Malwarebytes does not work and I cannot uninstall anything or even open up the add/remove program window. Also the Antivirus XP 2010 virus stopped coming up, but I assume that is because it cannot open, just as many of my other programs. I did not delete any system files or anything.
