I am not good at computer. I wonder if anyone can guide me how to get ride of this Trojan. It has been hassling me since a few weeks ago. My friend told me that the only way to get ride of this Trojan is to re-formate the computer. Is it true? If someone can assist me to remove this trojan, please kindly instruct me one by one as I am not familiar with the computer terminology. Thank you for your help and i look forward to hearing back from you soon.
