computer is very slow and making beeping sounds....

computer is quite slow and beeping after working with explorer or opening few windows...have to manually pull plug out and as there is continuous beep sound and the start-up file has a NvCpl file and NvCplDaemon file that are not going away and restarting again and again..my HijackThis log below...I would really appreciate help as soon as possible..thank you.
