I have a block that keeps poping up on my internet browser. It doesn't matter where I go it pops up and you can't take it off without you buying the software. So you have to go back and you end up going back to your home page. I finally kept clicking on the price and got to the properties and it showed me that it came from hxxp://iesecurityblock.com/info1/?af=312s2, the Thawte Consulting. I contacted them and they told me that someone was using there seal fraudulently and that I had a malware. So I came to you before taking to a computer shop. I just bought a Norton on Monday and installed it and the problem is still there. Please help.

Please tell me if I can remove anything to help my computer. Thank you.

Obviously, you did not follow the instruction to read the guideline to which I linked. If you had, you would have posted a HijackThis log this time, instead of just an Uninstall List. While the Uninstall List is important, it does not take the place of a HijackThis log. You will need to post both documents in the same post. If you cannot do that, we cannot help you.
