no hijack on my pc,but possibly on my site??

When I created a test account to my phpnuke site, after logging in my Avast software popped up with a warning:HTML:Iframe-gen malware/spyware worm message

What does this mean and is my site infected? If so how do I remove it? I have a security patch which was installed a couple years back, using NukeSentinel.

I selected abort connection in Avast when the message came up but the page continued to load just fine anyway? So....wondering if it was a false/positive message? Or if I have some type of malware code on my site and if I do how do I remove it and ensure the site is safe??

Thank you for your immediate reply!
