Can only boot up in safe mode

The issues I'm having are getting worse as I can only boot up in safe mode now. As soon as my pc goes to the desktop I am flooded with Avira notices to deny access to an unwanted object: Virus or unwanted program 'TR/Hiloti.41984D.19 [trojan]'
detected in file 'C:\WINDOWS\ntiport8.dll.

That is one of many, and when I deny access, it seems to duplicate.

Thanks in advance for the help as I know you guys are flooded with problems.
