Malware Doctor Pop Up and redirected in web browser

Unread postby bendigo » January 7th, 2010, 3:45 pm

My brother's computer is operated by Windows XP and is protected by McAfee.
However a pop message has appeared "Warning Dangerous Spyware" followed by a screen from Malware Doctor with scanning results even though Malware Doctor was not knowingly downloaded. I can't remove either this message or screen and am being prompted to register with Malware Doctor for a fee.

I now can't connect to the internet and the following appears in the web browser

Below is the Hijackthis report

Unfortunately I do not know how to provide an uninstall report. I have tried using the Unistall Programme feature but Malware does not appear as a programme.

Any help / guidance would be appreciated.

Many thanks
