Tech question?

Unread postby christine0502 » January 5th, 2010, 10:21 pm

Thank you in advance people.

I am working on my mother's computer. Her malware has rendered internet capabilities useless (it redirects her to a website to remove malware). Can I download HiJack to a thumb drive then install on her computer?

I have never done this before, so any guidance would be much appreciated!

Hi Christine,

Please see the PM I sent you.

When you're ready start a new topic with the HJT log from your mother's computer and a description of her problems.

This topic is now closed.
