Bump Requested

My original post for a Browser Hijack problem was
viewtopic.php?f=11&t=48317.
While waiting I explored the other forums and made some changes to my computer.
I removed some old ADOBE 6 readers, installed WIN Patrol, Online armor and Avast and the latest 2 security updates from Microsoft.
The Browser does not get redirected anymore although it appears as if it is trying to go somewhere else.
My Adobe Pro 7.1 acts funny and I believe I probably have some issues that require attention.
I do need help in cleaning up my computer and would appreciate your help.
Thanking you in advance
Fred
