Problem with browser hijacker redirects and popups

Hello. I have a problem with random popups appearing when clicking on any link from any site, as well as search engine links being redirected to other websites. I've ran numerous anti-malware programs and they're coming up clean, so I'm posting here hoping for more insight. Here are my hijackthis logs:
