Dude,
Your last post on my topic"Getting redirected when clicking on results from Google sear" was Wed. I didn't respond over THANKSGIVING weekend (3 days) and NonSuch closes the topic. I understand under normal conditions, but it was Thanksgiving for crying out loud.

Anyway, I am trying to download Sevice Pack 3 as suggested and here is what the dialog box that pops up after a few minutes says, "The file c:\windows\system32\drivers\atapi.sys is open or in use by another application. Close all other applications then click retry."

There are no other programs open when I click control, alt, delete. What do I do? It will not let me download.

Be that as it may, Friday and Saturday were not holidays. A reply was posted to you on Wednesday. You could have responded back on Wednesday, Friday or Saturday but you did not, and your topic was not closed until the early a.m. hours on Sunday. Don't complain about it being a holiday week-end; Thursday was the holiday, not Friday and Saturday.

If you still require help, follow my previous instructions and start a new topic.

This topic is now closed.
