Help Please: Trying to remove any traces of Mirar

I have browsed a few sites with removal instructions for Mirar but it is still showing in Progams & Features (machine is running Vista Home)...when i do try uninstall it it opens up a window but after checking the boxes to uninstall it the next page is just blank. Can someone please look at the HJT log below & see whether there is anything that should be removed. I'm also having problem installing any applications i try to install or uninstall. Comes up with various errors. I'm not even sure if Mirar is causing it but that is the only program i see in Programs & features that i think maybe causing the problem. I have used Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, Spyhunter but its still showing. Any help will be much appreciated. I hope i'm posting this right & following forum rules. Cheers.
