Hi. :)

Since you have stated the computer in question is used for business related purposes. I cannot in good conscience provide any assistance as the tools and applications I use are for home use only computers. Plus anything I advised may inadvertently damage some business related software you have installed and or the logs I may request may reveal sensitive material which the general public at large will be able to view also.

If I may bring your attention to the below portion of this forums policy:-
We do not help in cleaning business or corporate computers. There may be restrictions and modifications installed on such machines that could be damaged or altered by the actions we take to remove Malware. There may also be legal issues regarding any loss of business data that we do not wish to deal with.
If you ask for help and, unknown to us, it involves a business computer, you need to understand that any damages resulting from our advice are YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
Source.

With this in mind two options I will suggest:-

1 - If you are employed by a firm and use the computer for the aforementioned, seek assistance with their IT Department.

2 - Take the computer to you local IT Repair Centre.
