Services and Controller app has encountered a problem

My computer keeps on getting this pop up everytime as soon as i boot my computer which reads:

"Services and Controller app has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. If you were in the middle of something, the information you were working on might be lost"

After that a pop up appears again which starts a countdown of 1 minute before the computer reboots itself on its own. Doesn't matter how many times i reboot my system, this pop up problem comes up as soon as the system is booted.
