sorry I don't mean the link, I have downloaded it and installed hosts manager. I have then clicked on disable DNS service but when I click download it says no host updates available,is this supposed to happen?

Oh.. ok. I'll download it to a VM & have play with it to see what's going on. I'll get back to you later on this afternoon (my time).
