While starting the system today, i saw this error message - "Failed FsUsbExService, No Existing FsUsbDevice"
after this i did a search and found that this maybe due to some malware
i also noticed that for some time (at least 2-3 weeks) the windows update is not working.
if i use the site directly, then the connection fails
if i use the automatic updates, then it can download the updates, but cannot install them.
Please help in this matter.
I run trend micro office scan AV (because this is a university PC),
,windows defender and online armor firewall
i tried to scan by bitdefender online virus scan - it did not work
now windows defender also refuses to start
there is a file FsUsbExService (application) which i cannot delete in normal mode,
but i deleted it in safe mode
