Computer just doing whacky things

Hi, my laptop has just started to slow down and just do weird, random things like when I try to print, the window appears behind the other windows on desktop, but when i try to go to the desktop, it's not there. It's also been crashing lately and never had a problem before. Anyway, thanks for your help.
