I have several issues. Currently it looks like all the malware etc was removed from the computer. The desk top icons are frozen and a file appears on the left side of my screen that can't be moved or closed. System restore, chkdsk/f don't work. disk defrag will not work. In the control panel folder option & taskbar/start menu will not open.
A few days ago some type of malware/virus attacked my computer. It was called Pro Police(the bad guy). I had to go to safe boot with dos prompt to remove. All exe files were shut off. That seems to be gone now but the above problems still exist. Any ideas?
