Hello,

I think I may have caught some malware and I need help removing it. The symptoms I am experiencing are:

1. Cannot redirect from igoogle.com to gmail.com (using any of chrome, firefox, opera or IE8)
2. On shutdown, rundll32.exe reports an error and hangs until the error message is cleared
3. IE8 will open a window after a short while of usage, and will invoke a url that starts with url.urtbk.com, which then will redirect to yet another site.
4. The computer is generally very slow to unusable at times.

I am running windows XP Home, with the latest updates, and also an up-to-date norton anti-virus (apparently that didn't help with this problem too much). I also read a few topics posted earlier to this forum, and have downloaded and installed Malwarebyte's Antimalware, and Trend's HijackThis, but have not run either of the tools.

Please advise.

Thanks,
N.
