Network problems and a Trojan

I have been having network problems recently and used a few antivirus scans and uncovered a Trojan.agent, I deleted immediately although I want to make sure there is no more harmful viruses on my computer, any help would be greatly appreciated on how to do this.

Make an uninstall list using HijackThis
To access the Uninstall Manager you would do the following:

• Start HijackThis
• Click on the Config button
• Click on the Misc Tools button
• Click on the Open Uninstall Manager button.
• Click on the Save list... button and specify where you would like to save this file. When you press Save button a notepad will open with the contents of that file. Save the file to your desktop.

Ah, okay. I just noticed your second post about my 64-bit system. Well my computer has been running more smoothly since I deleted the Trojan.agent using the one scanner, so hopefully that was all there was to it, otherwise, thank you for your time and concern.
