I think I have a bad virus

I think I have a bad virus...A few days ago I was downloading a bittorrent (audio file) and I was on Youtube prior to receiving this virus...I have Spybot and SuperAntiSpyware and I downloaded Malwarebytes last night...My antivirus is from Iolo with the System Mechanic tools provide from them...My anitvirus keeps blocking something called W32/Alureon.C!Generic found in C:\windows\system32\HJGRUIDOBBFFP...I ran a HJT log and here it is:
