:x search engine redirects me to other search sites

While searching for something with Google or even Bing, when I click on the link, I am redirected to another website. Not always another search engine, some times a recipe site, mortgage site, etc..... I cannot figure out how to stop this and search normally. I have cut and pasted my Hijackthis log. Thank you.
